 The management and support of the sales team (Guarding and Electronics) to achieve set targets resulting in expansion and growth of the company (increasing profits). Coaching the sales team and developing their potential. 
Qualifications:
  - Grade 12 (Essential)
  - Diploma in Sales and Marketing (Desirable)
 
 Experience: 
  - At least 1-3 years' in a Sales Manager's Role (Essential)
  - At least 1-3 years' in a Sales Manager's Role within the SECURITY INDUSTRY (Desirable)
 
 Knowledge: 
  - It would be an advantage if the applicant has knowledge of Security Solutions
  
 Skills:
  - MS OFFICE (Word - Basic, PowerPoint - Basic and Excel Intermediate)
  - Coaching Skills, Selling Skills, Presentation Skills, Management Skills and Time Management Skills! 
 Main Responsibilites
Managing the sales performance of the guarding sales team  
Providing the sales Director with monthly sales reports and feedback on the sales team (coaching) 
Growing portfolio of key accounts   
Keeping abreast of competitors and trends in the security field   
Upholding marketing related initiatives  
Training, development and coaching of the sales team (Sales field assessments) - in-house and external   
Entertainment of clients to maintain client relations.
