Supervisor, Response Working Supervisor, with functional responsibility for small team of para-professionals. Combines working knowledge of technical/professional principles and concepts with in-depth knowledge of team objectives. Ensures the quality and service of self and others. Manages
workflow to accommodate volume and special project demands.
Attend meetings - internal and external
Co-ordinate shift training and assist with in-house training
Dealing with day to day operational functions
Upkeep and maintenance of vehicles
Motivation and Supervision of Reaction Officers
Liaising between Control Room and Operations
Handling all shift administration on MS Word and Excel
Leave scheduling
Preparing statistical, incident, client, investigation etc. reports.
Liaising with clients regarding queries and complaints
Completely accountable for shift performance
After Hours Audits and Visits.
Preparing statistical, incident, client, investigation, reports, etc. Responding to emergencies.
Enforce discipline in line with internal policies and the "Big 5"
Reduce and manage accidents and IOD's
Actively reduce NAP's
Qualifications
Management Experience
Advanced Firearm Course
Leadership training will be an advantage
Must have 2 years' experience as an area supervisor.
