MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Ensure sales growth in the guarding, technical and domestic revenue streams through the effective management of all Sales Managers.
•The effective and efficient management of staff in order to ensure a disciplined, committed and motivated management and sales team that ensures effective sales delivery.
•The effective management co-ordination, planning and control of administrative and financial issues in the sales arena
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
•5 Years’ business development/sales management experience within the security industry
•PSIRA Grade-B registered
•Computer Literate
