Introduction
A challenging role has arisen in Midstream Ridge, south of Centurion. Midstream Ridge is the 6th Estate within Midstream. The successful Estate will consist of 1 200 stands. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for all security aspects and to secure all owners, visitors, property and assets.
Minimum Requirements
· Matric, preference will be given to a Security related degree/diploma
· PSIRA Grade A
· Code 08 drivers license and own vehicle
· 10 years relevant experience (security and/or operational policing)
· 5 years management/supervisory experience
· Excellent communication and customer relations skills are essential
· Strategic planning skills
· Good report writing skills
· Must be willing to work long hours
Job Specification
The successful candidate will be responsible for (not limited to):
· Effective control and management of security officers.
· Client services including effective communication with clients, residents, contractors etc.
· Security system development, management and system diagnostics.
· Administration, including but not limited to budget, reports and inspections.
· Risk management
· Incident prevention, investigation and/or management.
