Location: Kempton Park, East Rand
Responsibilities
• The daily running of a site in liaison with the Operation & Branch Manager
• Attain and maintain a professional site standard
• Building and Maintaining relationships with the client
• Management of staff including recruitment, induction, performance management
• Training and Development
• Responsible for all industrial relation matters and Health & Safety on site
Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 & Customer Orientated
. Computer literate MS Office, PC Settings CCTV Access Systems
• Driving the Operations strategy daily
• Professional individual who can provide and maintain high service and quality standards
• Proven track record in the security industry
• Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• No criminal record
• Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
• Minimum 3 years Management experience
• Grade A PSIRA Certification / PSIRA Registered
• Firearm trained & competent
