Required:
PSIRA Registered - No Criminal Record - Drivers License –Firearm Competency
Minimum 5 years Senior supervisory or management experience.
Have extensive knowledge of the Armed Response Industry.
Have worked in a management or supervisory capacity.
Must be computer literate.
Addressing client complaints and concerns.
Fleet Management.
Strong Leadership Skills.
Implement and Control Discipline.
Coordinate and manage armed response staff.
Motivate staff.
Training and development of staff.
