Roles & responsibilities:
- Directing and planning security service including maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
- Supervising the security guard force.
- Investigating reported security incidents occurring within premises.
- Conducting threat and risk analyses at each site to identify potential issues.
- Monitoring internal control systems to ensure appropriate access levels and security clearances are maintained.
- Conducting site visits to ensure a visible security presence and to assist with the identification of potential issues.
- Overseeing the day-to-day security program, which may include supervising outsourcing security guards and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Managing traffic way for overall premises.
- Bachelor degree in any related fields
- Age not over 45 years
- Be able to communicate in English, at least 550 of TOEIC score is required
