Minimum Requirements
1) 2-3 years’ experience in an operations security management position
2) PSIRA registered – A grade
3) Matric certificate
4) Valid drivers’ license and own reliable vehicle
5) Reside in Gauteng area
6) Computer literate in Microsoft Office
7) Excellent management skills
8) Adapt and thrive in an ever changing environment
9) Excellent delegation skills
10) Professional customer relationship skills
11) Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
12) Advanced capability to problem solve


Job Specification
· Review and maintain site operating procedures.
· Comply with company budgets.
· Maintain good relations with the company's clients with regard to security services rendered.
· Constantly evaluate the service levels provided and make recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services.
· Conduct risk audits and advise the client on how to counteract.
· Attend to both internal and external administration.
· Submit relevant weekly and monthly reports pertaining to your sites.
· Manage and lead your business unit/ area and staff.
· Schedule and attend weekly and or monthly meetings with your clients.
· Conduct regular insightful site visits.
· Manage new site start-ups.
· Uphold and communicate all existing and new company policies and procedures.
· Keep staff motivated and ensure that continuous training is done.
· Attend to all emails, documents and report writing – both internally and externally.
· Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all vehicles.
· Monitor and manage all leave in your business unit.
· Implement and promote effective communication techniques.
