ASSISTANT SECURITY MANAGER / SENIOR SECURITY OFFICER – On Site (5-day week)

• Assist the Estate Manager in supervising a security team for the daily operation and administration of a high-class residential estate
• Duties include budget planning, liaison with owners, complaints / emergency cases handling, monitoring of contractors’ performance, supervising and providing training to the security personnel, etc
• Attend emergency calls and I.O. meeting after normal working hours are necessary
• Diploma in related disciplines with at least 7 years’ experience in the security field, of which 5 years at supervisory level
• Holders of Security Personnel Permit and possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, independent and having strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience / qualification will be considered as Senior Security Officer
