Minimum Requirements:
-Male (Preference to Non BEE males)
-Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
-Matric / Grade 12
-3 to 5 years experience and proven track record in abovementioned or similar position (in a managerial position)
-Computer literate
-Firearm competent
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Strong planning and organisational skills
-Strong leadership skills
-Strategic thinking and business acumen
-Sales and marketing skills and ability
-Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
-Reliable and trustworthy
-To start immediately

Duties:
-Take responsibility for profitability, increasing branch sales revenue and for day to day operational management and performance of branch
-Deliver a minimum of 50 monthly new contract start-ups in any of the various security products and services offered (e.g. Alarms and Monitoring, Guarding services, CCTV Cameras, CIT, VIP Protection, Gate motor installations etc.)
-Ensure prescribed security operation reports are timely submitted to office and response to non-compliance identified is immediate
-Develop and adhere to approved budget with the following branch operational units: Technical, Administration, Operations
-Develop, implement and enforce effective cost control measures in the mentioned branch operational units: Technical, Administration and Operations.
-Develop and implement branch weekly sales and marketing campaigns to foster market penetration and growth

Salary: R 16 000.00 gross (Salary to be reviewed on meeting R 300k new revenue for branch)
