Administers
 and participates in Company regional security programs to minimize 
inventory loss, protect company assets and provide guidance to achieve 
highest level of security, loss prevention effectiveness, security 
awareness and training to ensure employee safety and company 
profitability.
  
Responsibilities:
- Implement security procedures, plans, and protocols within multi-branch Greater China region.
- Manage incident management process for Greater China region.
-
 Ensure security awareness education and training of all employees 
including conduct and assist to facilitate security training for all 
new-hired staff.
- Partner with store management to maintain merchandise presentation standards.
- Conduct site security surveys, risk assessments and risk analysis. 
- Partner with regional and retail management teams to develop appropriate security and risk mitigation plans.

 Manage and direct contract security officers to ensure security 
services are delivered in an efficient, effective and economical manner,
 including budget management and contract negotiations.

 In conjunction with transportation, risk management and regional and 
market teams, coordinate merchandise deliveries for market events, new 
store openings and relocations.
- Partner with 
regional and market teams to ensure highest level of security for the 
protection of guests, employees and assets for market events.
- Manage and conduct investigations as directed.

 Partner with regional technical security services to ensure physical 
security applications, including electronic security systems in stores 
are to standard.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication between branch management and regional security department.
- Special assignments as directed by Director, Security, Asia Pacific.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years relevant multi-location retail or corporate level security management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Demonstrated
 ability to work with a wide range of individuals from diverse 
backgrounds, and a varying levels within and outside the corporate 
structure. Polished interpersonal skills.
- Established range of China professional contacts including corporate, government and law enforcement.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highest degree of reliability and integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond rapidly to breaking or emergent situations.
- Available
 for national and occasional international travel; work in retail store 
hours as necessary, including occasional nights, weekends and public 
holidays.
- Fluency in both written and verbal Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:Law enforcement or multi-national corporate investigative experience.
Internationally recognized professional security qualifications (CPP, CFE, PCI, PSP, etc.)
Sound understanding of crisis and incident management practices
