Minimum Requirements:
Completion of College Diploma Administration or equivalent.
8 years of experience in supervisory position.
Good knowledge of English.
BASIC FUNCTION.
Plans
direct and supervise the activities of All the technical staffs, Guard
Section at Company locations to ensure the maintenance of strict control
and security. Work scope includes issue/Renewal of contractors ID card ,
organization of employees and Managers car parking Control, investigate
and report movement of all activities. Keep the door keys in addition
to Master Keys in safe place and provides on request .Investigate and
reports on infraction of Company regulations.
Supervises the
operation of all necessary Time and Attendance Access system and ensures
it maintenance. Prepare necessary reports to the management of
different companies within the sheikh khalifa Energy Complex.
