Security Manager , Thailand

MML is now enhancing their coverage to focus more on permanent Recruitment and Personnel Solution service. Now we're looking for Security Manager for Oil & Gas Business as detail below;
Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring, reporting and documenting the performance of the contract security force at all company’s Facilities
  • Ability to obtain security intelligence especially within company’s base locations and the vicinity which may have negative impact on Company
  • Enhancing security awareness and vigilance by all staff and contractors working at Chonburi and Bangkok Facilities.
  • Supervising Company Security Team on each facility, relevant Security service provider and other Oil Company maritime security personnel.
  • Work with Marine Operations Subject Matter Experts and Global Security to build security knowledge/ capacity and intelligence.
  • Supervising and monitoring all security related activities pertaining to both manned and unmanned oilfield installations and vessels in all Company areas.
  • Provide new projects with maritime security advice in the form of security assessments, documents and practical application.
  • Undertakes investigations into alleged fraud, theft, conflicts of interest and other malfeasance
    Conducts ongoing risk and vulnerability assessments, Security Management Reviews and implements security measures and practices
  • Conducts Global Security programs and initiatives
  • Assists in the development of security awareness programs and conduct security briefings and presentations as required  
Required Qualifications:
  • 10 years service in a law enforcement agency or military agency as a commissioned officer or equivalent or related field, and with 3 years in a corporate security or security services provider management position
  • Experience in the planning, investigation and prosecution of major fraud cases
    Experience in physical security, security planning, emergency management, general investigations and executive protection
  • Experience in working overseas, particularly in South East Asia is the plus
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
