Senior Security Supervisor

Key Performance Outputs
The successful candidate will focus or providing the following:
Managing of Supervisors, Controller and staff in the security department.
Ensure that the department is in compliance with SOP and day to day Instructions.
Manage the daily operation of the security department at China Mall (The Wheel Shopping Centre)
Ensure adherence to legislation, regulations, standards, codes and company policies and procedures.
Enforce corrective action are applied accordingly.
Ensure all documentation and paper work is up to date.
Participate in crime prevention by actively combating criminally inclined acts.
Conduct investigation and reports on findings analysis.
Enforce security standards as laid down by relevant security Regulation.

Technical Skills and Experience
The candidate must have prior learning.
The successful candidate must have security experience as supervisor or controller, customer services, and some knowledge of security supervisory experience or qualification would be added advantage.
Must be PSIRA registered with E, D & C grading or possible B.


Be able make shift roster / Time sheets/ Monthly stats, Health and safety Inspections.
