Security Manager Grade A

A reputable, dynamic, vibrant & fast growing security company seeks to appoint a Site Manager Grade A that can ad tremendous value to the current security operations. The following minimum requirements are non-negotiable:

1) Must be Psira Grade A registered;
2) Must be in possession of a Psira ID card;
3) No criminal record;
4) Must have contactable references;
5) Speak, read, write in Afrikaans & English;
6) Customer service orientated individual;
7) Able & willing to work overtime when required;
8) Team orientated individual, yet performs excellent individually;
9) Excellent report writing skills;
10) Assertive individual;
11) Perform duties/responsibilities in a professional manner; according to the specified job description;
12) Excellent time & attendance record;
13) Liaise with client;
14) Problem identification & solving ability;
15) Basic knowledge of OHASA & compliance.
16) Conduct meetings and training with security officers
17) Managing security officer's work performance; time & attendance; keep them motivated;
