Qualifications
For the Security department of the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel we are looking for an enthusiastic and service minded Loss Prevention Officer!
Within the position of LossPrevention Officer you will patrol all areas of the property. You will assistguests with their requests. You will lock property entrances when required. Youwill conduct daily physical hazard inspections and respond to accidents,contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. You have to assistguests/employees during emergency situations and notify appropriate individualsin the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. The Loss PreventionOfficer defuses guest/employee disturbances and call for outside assistance ifnecessary.
During your shift you will completeincident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents,handle all interruptions and complaints, resolve safety hazard situations andescort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderlyflow of property operation. You will report to scenes of vehicleaccidents/thefts and call for assistance using proper code responses. You willcomplete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report and maintainconfidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents;release information only to authorized individuals.
This position is based on a fulltimecontract (38 hours per week).
For the position of Loss PreventionOfficer we are looking for a person who:
Has a minimum of 5 years of experience
Has experience in the hospitality branch
Has a security degree
Has a driver s license
Police clearance certificate
Speaks and write Dutch and English
Has a high service level
Stress resistant
Is able and flexible to work the different shiftsAM/PM/Night from Monday Sunday.
