Location : Edenvale, East Rand
An URGENT vacancy exists for a Security Supervisor for our company with a head office in Edenvale. Initial Contract Position. The position will report to the Operations Manager. The main purpose of the position is to ensure the Supervision and managing of Security Officers on sites. Ensuring that all individual site specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.
Qualifications, Experience and other competencies required:
PSIRA Grade A/B Registration and Accreditation is ESSENTIAL
Valid Driver's License with clean record is ESSENTIAL
At least 3 years’ experience in the security industry
People Management Experience
Administration, interpersonal Communication and client liaison skills are required.
Computer Literacy with Experience in Easy Roster will be an advantage.
Ensuring that requirements are met as stipulated by the client.
Maintaining good relations between the company and the Client with regards to Security Services Rendered.
Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Operations Manager regarding the improvement of services.
Ensuring that Security Staff maintains required performance at all times.
Dealing with all required administration matters.
Disciplining Officers when required
Liaising daily with Operations Manager and Control on various operational issues.
Submitting relevant weekly / monthly incident and general reports as required by management.
