Close Protection Officer (Middle East) VVIP Family
Job Summary
To provide personal protection services for a Government VVIP’s family
with permanent interests in the UAE and UK. Working to the Project
Manager you will be responsible for supporting all client travel and
residential security requirements. You will be required to protect the
integrity and confidentiality of the client’s personal and business
interests at all times. You will have experience of working with Middle
East clients and cognisant of the sensitivities of working with a young
family.
Main Functions/Tasks
The consultant will be required to:
Provide on call 24/7 security to the clients
Provide professional and flexible PPO service
Provide security guidance and advice to client
Provide security liaison function with sub contractors i.e. staff
Conduct security reviews and assessments
Provide routine client movement reports to the Project Manager
Provide threat reports to the Project Manager
Provide residential/event security advice
Specific Skills Needed to Fulfil Role
Essential
Previous PPO experience working with Middle East clients.
Close Protection and Medical qualifications
Good knowledge of security risk management, including residential/event security assessments.
Desirable
Risk management qualifications.
Remarks
The dynamics of working with a young family require a PPO who is mature
and culturally sensitive. As the immediate point of contact for all
security matters the PPO must ensure he/she has a comprehensive
knowledge of security threats and mitigation measures, including
technical solutions. The PPO will have proven experience .
