As the Asset Profit
and Protection Manager, you will protect the company assets by
identifying and managing of external and internal risk within North Asia
through a commercially aware approach.
Requirements
Promote and implement the Asset and Profit Protection Strategy of cost
effectively designing out crime, whilst prioritising investment on basic
risk.
Provide a focus for Asset and Profit Protection and security
activity by effective budget and resource management, to achieve a safe
and secure environment for staff, customers and the protection of our
assets.
Identify key performance indicators to track and trend loss
incidents and activity in all business functions, making
recommendations for improvements.
Ensure that risks are addressed
by company Asset and Profit and Protection policies and guidelines and
operated in a way that satisfies the cultural, environmental and local
demand..
Conducts investigations and interviews for inventory, cash loss and breach of company policy and procedures.
Provide support for company projects working closely with the director of Asset and Profit Protection, Asia Pacific
Develop and coach Asset and Profit Protection team
Advise and coach managers on fraud risk management within their own functional areas..
Liaise closely with law enforcement to ensure that Burberry operations
can operate and develop with minimum disruption from criminal or
terrorist activity.
Personal Profile
Min 5 year experience in security operations within a multinational company
Relevant security related certifications
Proven experience in driving results
Fluency in both written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
