We are looking for a clinical facilitator to work in its medical department, to Plan, prepare and implement structured clinical learning for all categories of nursing staff. Conducting learning
needs analysis, evaluate staff competence and implement remedial sessions. Develop, maintain and update policies, procedures and nursing documentation.
Requirements:
A diploma/ degree in nursing education will be an advantage.
Registered at SANC as a Registered Nurse.
3 - 5 yrs' expe in clinical education and training.
Knowledge & experience in the field of Gerontology will be an advantage.
Comprehensive clinical skills,
Good Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to integrate practical and theoretical knowledge
Computer literacy is essential (Word, excel and PowerPoint)
Valid Driver's license and own car are essential
