Provide leadership for the security solution team which mainly providing the installation and maintenance services to our customers

Ensures on-time delivery of services and service quality

Manage a portfolio of customers efficiently and effectively to achieve objectives - including service quality, profitability, customer satisfaction

Coaches, mentors and develops supervisors and employees to promote "make a difference" and build excellent business partnerships
Requirements

Self starter; demonstrated ability to grow the business organically, develop market opportunities

5 years or above experience in security solution, including CCTV, BAS, EAS, access control to commercial, retail and household customers

Sound financial planning capabilities

With engineering background is an advantage

Tertiary education in Engineering or related disciplines

Self-motivated, demonstrated experience in a management position

Customer oriented to ensure the delivery of high quality standard of service

High level of ethical behavior and integrity

Problem solver and strong leadership skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is essential.
