Description
This role will be responsible for implementing company security procedures and policies in the African region in order to protect company personnel and assets. No relocation available, local hire only.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively prepare for risk and/or crisis situations
- Roll out security processes and assess and remediate their effectiveness
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support security processes
- Perform investigations and report findings to stakeholders
- Maintain compliance as legally required
- Manage contracts to provide security services and staff
COMPETENCIES / ABILITIES
- Good experience in global security projects development and roll-out (e.g.: workplace violence) leadership
- Ability to operate independently
- Well-developed communication skills
- Supervisory experience
- Working experience with criminal and civil law
