" ensure the Gaming Floor Officers perform their duties at a high standard and in strict adherence to all company policies & procedures & Gambling Board regulations
" effectively manage all aspects of the company's security operations to ensure a safe environment for all guests, staff, their belongings and company assets
" liaise and build a strong relationship with private and State Law Enforcement Agencies
" thoroughly investigate incidents and take prompt corrective action
" ensure the gaming floor is totally prepared in terms of training and equipment for disasters including evacuations, injuries and armed robberies.
" patiently and professionally resolve conflict on the gaming floor
" build a competent and motivated team of security officers through confident and caring leadership.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (Grade 12), PSIRA Registration Grade A, able to keep a cool head under pressure and a minimum of five years security supervisory experience.
