Security Supervisor (Job Ref: ADV/15/038/RT)

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Security Manager in staff deployment and rostering
  • Carry out patrolling to ensure the smooth operations of properties
  • Assist in staff coaching and ensuring staff discipline
  • Ensure safety and security of customer, staff and company assets during business and non-business hours
Requirements
  • Tertiary education with minimum 3 years’ experience with security operation experience is preferred
  • Mature, proactive, service-oriented and attentive to detail
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
  • Familiar to local China culture and stationed in Shenzhen
  • Immediate available is preferable
