Responsibilities
- Assist the Security Manager in staff deployment and rostering
- Carry out patrolling to ensure the smooth operations of properties
- Assist in staff coaching and ensuring staff discipline
- Ensure safety and security of customer, staff and company assets during business and non-business hours
- Tertiary education with minimum 3 years’ experience with security operation experience is preferred
- Mature, proactive, service-oriented and attentive to detail
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
- Familiar to local China culture and stationed in Shenzhen
- Immediate available is preferable
