Purpose of the job:
To ensure optimal management of Security and Investigations operations in accordance with Company policies and procedures
Essential Job function:
To provide leadership in the planning, managing and co-ordination of the strategic delivery of Security and investigations operations
Job requirements:
Ensure all Security related incidents are dealt with in accordance to company standards.
All investigations are carried out within a set time frame and company losses reduced.
Department operates within budget guidelines
All regulatory requirements are adhered too.
Security Service provider operates within the company standard and delivers on agreed service standards.
Ensure all relevant regulatory licenses are up to date and renewed in accordance to legislation.
All risks are dealt with and communicated to relevant department Managers.
All illegal activities are dealt with and reported to authorities.
Provide a safe environment for guests and staff
Provides leadership to the team
Ensures seamless operations of Security and Investigations
Ensures adherence to GGB requirements is an advantage
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
Grade 12
Management diploma in Security/Policing
Must have a PSIRA Grade B
Experience:
At least 5 years experience in Security and or gaming environment
IR and Law enforcement experience
CCMA experience
Criminal court proceedings
Strong knowledge of GGB rules & regulations is an advantage
