My client is looking to employ an Area Manager in the Security industry to join their company.
Duties include:
Management of Site mangers, Guards and Control room
• Sound knowledge of disciplinary processes and procedures
• Hearings
• CCMA hearings
• Keeping within the company budget for all area expenditure
• Fleet management
• Inspections
• Fuel trip planning and control
• Recruitment and HR procedures
• Postings of guards and control room
• Site procedures and manuals
• Site inspections
• Risk assessments
• Patrol mandate
• Weekly performance dash board
• Client relationships
• SABS audits
• Communication
• Training
• Documentation authorization – leave, etc
Minimum Requirements:
• Area manager with ±7 years’ experience (within the security industry)
• Must be PSIRA grade B registered
• Own vehicle – beneficial
