Contract specialist position in the Safety, Security & Defence (Security) industry.

Key Performance Areas: (Not totally inclusive)
Ensuring that contractual requirements are met.
Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client.
Constantly evaluating the service levels and making recommendations for improved service delivery.
Maintaining staff discipline on site.
Ensuring that Security staff maintains required performance.
Dealing with all required administration matters.
Liaising daily with Branch management on various operational issues.
Initiate crime prevention strategies within the retail environment.
Submitting relevant weekly / monthly incident and general reports as required by Management.
Qualifications, Experience And Other Competencies Required
Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration.
Clear criminal record
Own reliable transport
Unendorsed drivers license
At least 5 years’ experience in the security industry.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality management
People management experience.
Administration, interpersonal communication and client liaison skills are required.
Strong planning, leadership, organisational skills
Above average business writing skills
Self-motivated and highly driven to achieve results and key performance objectives
Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs.
Firearm Competency at least handgun and for business use purposes
