SysControl Secure seeks qualified Reaction Officer.
The duties will be as follows:
Ensuring that all security officers are observing, respecting and following their assigned duties.
Making sure that all security officers understand their site specifics standard operating procedures.
Training of all security officers.
Conducting of all security officers.
Site Postings of all security officers.
Doing site visits at all guarding sites and making sure the OB books are signed and completed.
Writing of full and complete incident reports when needed.
Attending to all client complaints in a professional manner and assist where needed.
Reporting all incidents to management immediately.
Protecting and being alert to all our clients.
Dealing with all situations in a calm and respectable manner when representing SysControl Secure.
Full company uniform will be issued and worn at all times while on duty.
Candidate Requirements
Must have PSIRA Certificate.
Must have atleast 2 years experience.
Supervisor must have firearm competency.
12 Hour Shifts, Day or Night.
Criminal Checks will be done.
Must be fluent in English language (speak, read and write)
Must be presentable and neat.
Must be computer literate.
SALARY WILL BE AS PER APPLICABLE PSIRA RATES
This position reports to: Guarding Manager
