Job Specifications:
Lead, manage and organise the security activities of our client on a proactive basis
Check all deliveries and receipts at the gates and ensure that all activities are supporting the accurate recording of the business performance
Do CCTV checks/vehicle control of own vehicles/Incident investigations and reports
Responsible for the housekeeping and organising the building maintenance of the sites
Manage the waste removal and control activities on the sites
Doing unannounced checks of all activities
Report back on completed work ie fully complete work and issues before reporting back
Other related tasks
Must be able to lead the whole security team and interact with all levels of the organisation to make the in- house security team working to the benefit of the company
Looking for male security supervisor with a passion for security and a strive for perfection who can work without need for constant management interaction i.e. who can control own work with a large degree of independence
Able to talk, read and write well, healthy and strong.
Minimum grade 12 Certificate and relevant Security qualifications
Residing not far from the factory in Pretoria West
Proven record of being able to manage and deliver on instructions and tasks
Positive/can do/team player/hard working/results orientated/honest person
Good administrative/quality orientated / presentable person
High quality person in the age group up to 35 to join a business with high level aspirations
